Capsules or Tablets VS Liquid

Less than 150 Pounds – Decrease daily dosage volume by percentage of weight. More than 150 Pounds – Increase daily dosage volume by percentage of weight. MAXIMUM DAILY DOSE: EartHerbs LLC Chaga Mushroom Extract is water soluble. You can use as much as desired and not over dose. Any excess will be removed through the urea.

Add daily dosage (45 drops for 150 pound body weight) of EartHerbs Chaga Mushroom Extract into any 8fl.oz – 16fl.oz “Soda Bottle” or “Sports Bottle” filled with, water, juice, etc. Shake bottle and fill mouth with 1fl.oz.
